I was excited to try it, and at first I thought it might be good, but the sauce ended up being a little too sweet for me. Not awful, just not really my thing

The crabs arrived warm, which I was happy about because sometimes seafood can cool down really fast during delivery. They weren’t exactly piping hot like they had just come straight out of the pot, but they were definitely still warm enough to enjoy without feeling like I needed to reheat them right away. The flavor was still good, and overall I didn’t have any real complaints.

I ordered the crabs thinking it would be a decent dinner, especially since I hadn’t really eaten much earlier that day and was looking forward to something filling. When it showed up, the portion was tiny. The taste was okay, nothing bad, but for what I paid I really expected a lot more. I ended up still being hungry afterward, which kind of ruined it for me. Just didn’t feel worth the money

I ordered crabs, but the sides were missing and the size wasn’t even what I asked for. Like I said, I was really looking forward to it, so it was disappointing. Like I said, not ordering from here again.

I’ve ordered from 8 Crabs a few times whenever they have promo codes going on and the discounts are decent, it’s not like those tiny few-cents-off kind of deals, so when I’m buying crab for the family it actually feels more worth it and easier to justify.

The only thing is you really have to check that the promo code is applied properly before you pay because I’ve had moments where I almost checked out without noticing it, but once it works everything is fine and overall I’m happy with the orders, I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered from 8crabs.com sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the delivery came pretty much on time. The driver gave me a call before reaching, which was helpful since I wasn’t sure exactly when to expect them. Overall a good experience, just giving 4 stars because the tracking could’ve been a bit clearer.

I tried placing an order on 8 Crabs, i was sitting there thinking, okay, this should be straightforward, right? But the site felt a little clunky and not as smooth as I expected.

A few pages were loading slowly for me, and I had to poke around more than I wanted just to find the delivery info. Then checkout came around and I was like, wait… did my order actually go through or not? It wasn’t super clear at first, which made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be.
I’m not really judging the food here because that might be totally fine, but just the online ordering experience could definitely be better. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but yeah, it was kind of annoying.

I’ve ordered from 8crabs a few times now, and based on my past experience, the quality really seems to vary from order to order. The first time was actually not bad, but the next order came with smaller crabs that didn’t taste as fresh. Even the sauce isn’t always the same — sometimes it’s decent, other times it feels a bit watery. Delivery timing has also been quite unpredictable. For the price, I was hoping for more consistent quality. After giving it a few chances, I probably won’t be ordering again...

I thought getting a refund or replacement would be straightforward, but it ended up being such a mess. The replacement never showed up, and I still didn’t get my refund. Definitely not the experience I was expecting

The crabs had reeeally good meat on them and tasted great. Just wish they weren’t quite so pricey.

For what I paid, I expected it to arrive much more securely. It was frustrating and upsetting, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I enjoyed the flavour a lot, though a few pieces were a bit saltier than I’d usually like. Still, it was a satisfying meal overall, and I’d order it again.

I was quite disappointed for the price I paid. I was expecting the crabs to be bigger or at least tastier, but it was just okay, and then halfway through eating I was like wait, this is it?

The crabs didn’t feel very meaty to me, and after adding delivery, the total came up to quite a lot. For that kind of money, I thought it would be more shiok, more satisfying, but no, it just felt a bit underwhelming.
Maybe other people got a better batch or maybe I was just unlucky, but for me, I don’t think I’ll order again. Can probably find better value somewhere else.

I usually order seafood from another place I’ve stuck with for years, so I was a little hesitant to try these crabs. The tracking link worked well overall, though one update came through a bit late. Even then, I still had a decent idea of when the delivery would show up. It arrived in good time and everything went smoothly enough, so I can’t really complain.

I was trying to order from 8crabs.com, but the payment part was annoying. It just wasn’t smooth, and I kept having to figure out which payment method would actually work. The payment step felt slow, the payment options weren’t as easy as I expected, and the whole payment process just made ordering more troublesome than it should be.
The food may be good, but when I’m ordering online, payment convenience really matters. I don’t want to spend extra time dealing with payment issues when I’m just trying to place an order. Hope they make the payment part simpler and faster, because right now it’s frustrating. Giving 2 stars for now.
